Prices exclude VAT, which is applied at checkout according to your country. Cancel at any time. Monthly allowances reset on the first day of each UTC calendar month, independently of your billing date. Schedule limits are active slots, not extra audit capacity. Each scheduled run uses one audit. A comparison uses one audit for every URL tested.

Questions
What does an audit test?
By default, GetSounding creates exactly 15 unbranded category questions from the page you submit. Starter, Pro and Agency run the same controlled model checks across Perplexity Sonar Pro, Gemini, OpenAI, DeepSeek and Claude. Guest and Free use Perplexity Sonar. Every plan separates returned-source citations from answer-text brand mentions and assesses sentiment only when a mention is confirmed. These are generated test questions, not observed buyer searches or recordings of personalized consumer app sessions.
Can I tailor the questions to my customers?
Yes. Starter, Pro and Agency let you save optional customer context for each hostname. Turn it on for a manual audit when you want the 15-question panel to reflect a customer segment, buying situation or market. Leave it off and GetSounding uses the standard page-based questions.
How is customer context used?
GetSounding uses the saved profile only to generate the question panel. The profile itself does not appear in any public report, the page URL or analytics. Do not add names, contact details, confidential information or sensitive personal data. The generated questions become part of the audit evidence and are sent to the AI services measured in the audit.
Do you test Google AI Overviews?
Yes. Starter, Pro and Agency include Google AI Overview checks when available. The report shows whether your domain appeared, its citation position and the sources Google returned. If no AI Overview appears, GetSounding records that result. Checks that do not complete are left unmeasured.
How is this different from an SEO tool?
Traditional SEO tracks rankings in search results. GetSounding records whether AI answers cite your site, mention your brand, and how confirmed mentions are framed. A page can rank well without being cited or named.
Are the results deterministic?
No. AI answers can vary between runs and change over time. Repeated audits help you see direction instead of relying on one sample.
Will my Free audit appear in paid-plan trends?
No. Free uses one AI service while paid plans use five, so they are different measurement methods. Your first paid audit becomes the baseline for later paid-plan trends. The Free report remains available in your history.
How do recurring schedules use my audit allowance?
The schedule limit controls active slots, not monthly audit volume. Each scheduled run uses one audit. A weekly schedule can run four or five times in a month, so scheduled and manual audits share the same monthly allowance. If the allowance is used up, the next run waits until capacity is available.
Are there limits on manual audit starts?
Manual audits are limited to 4 starts per minute and 20 starts within 24 hours per public network. Scheduled audits use the account's monthly allowance but do not use this network limit.
When does a hostname count toward my limit?
A hostname counts when its first audit starts in the current UTC calendar month. Repeating the same hostname does not use another hostname slot. If an audit cannot complete, its audit credit is returned and the hostname remains counted for that month. Subdomains count separately.
Do you use AI to generate the analysis?
Yes. GetSounding uses AI to create test questions and draft recommendations. Citation, brand-mention and sentiment evidence comes from the services included in your plan, and the report keeps the questions, recorded answers and returned sources behind it. Read the AI transparency notice.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You keep access until the end of your paid period.
