GetSounding is operated by ShiftNode Digital s.r.o., a company registered in the Czech Republic. Payments, invoicing, tax and payment-related refund support are handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record.
Terms of service
By creating an account or using GetSounding you agree to the terms. You may submit only URLs you own or are lawfully authorised to analyse. You must not use the service unlawfully, attack or overload infrastructure, circumvent access controls, or scrape or resell the service beyond what your plan permits.
Paid plans renew until cancelled. Cancellation stops the next renewal and paid access continues through the current period unless a refund ends access earlier. Results depend on external AI, search and network providers. GetSounding does not guarantee a citation, ranking, traffic increase or commercial outcome, and its outputs require human review.
Refund policy
GetSounding offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for an original subscription purchase or the most recent renewal. Requests are handled through Paddle or support@shiftnodedigital.com using the checkout email and order reference. A completed refund ends access immediately. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
AI transparency
GetSounding uses AI to create test questions, collect answers from third-party services, analyse answer wording, and draft recommendations. Citation status and position come from returned source URLs rather than an AI model's opinion. Outputs can vary and require human review. SEO, GEO and AEO scores are GetSounding indicators and are not endorsed by any search or AI service.
Private customer audits are never added automatically to the public SoundingScore Index. Published benchmark scorecards require explicit account-owner consent or separate operator authority and contain only safe aggregates and methodology details. Private prompts, recorded answers, source evidence and report identifiers are not published. After a validated withdrawal is processed, the scorecard no longer appears in the current index. Aggregate scorecard rows, publication, consent or selection records, and supporting private benchmark evidence remain access-restricted and are retained only while needed to demonstrate publication history, protect benchmark integrity, resolve disputes, or address legal claims under applicable limitation periods. They are not used to republish the withdrawn scorecard.
Privacy notice
ShiftNode Digital s.r.o. is the controller for account, usage, support and service-operation data unless it processes data for a business customer under a written processor agreement. Paddle handles payment data; GetSounding does not receive card or bank details. Submitted URLs, audit history, optional customer context, custom questions, security records and limited billing metadata are processed to provide, secure and support the service. GetSounding does not sell personal data or use submitted content to train its own models.
Service providers include Supabase, OpenRouter and supported AI providers, Exa, SerpAPI, Firecrawl, Lovable, Paddle, transactional email infrastructure and, only after consent, Google Analytics. International transfers use applicable adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses. Account data and saved audit history are normally deleted or anonymised within 30 days after account deletion, subject to legal, security, backup and dispute-retention duties described in the full rendered notice.
EU, UK and regional privacy rights
Depending on location, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to eligible processing, withdraw consent and complain to a supervisory authority. California and other covered US residents may also exercise applicable access, correction and deletion rights. GetSounding does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Requests go to privacy@shiftnodedigital.com and may require identity verification.
Security and contact
GetSounding uses access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, monitoring, rate limits and restricted staff access. Report suspected vulnerabilities, legal or AI-transparency concerns to legal@shiftnodedigital.com.
